Top 10 Best Sims 4 Challenges You Have to Try

Masterchef Challenge

Gordon Ramsey’s cooking show is one of the most popular ones out there and now you can bring that cooking show to your Sims 4 game with this Masterchef challenge.

First, create three judges and five Sims with different traits. Make sure that the judges have a level 5 cooking skill and foodie traits/cooking aspirations. Also, make sure that the contenders don’t have any kind of cooking skills once the challenge starts.

Have your Sims cook some dishes and have the judges rate the meals every week, eliminating as you see fit.

Big Brother Challenge

Just like the popular reality television series of the same name, the Big Brother challenge has you creating eight Sims with wildly different traits and watching how they interact with one another in the house.

You don’t get to control any of these Sims but every week, you’re allowed to evict one of the housemates until you have a winner.

You can make them all compete in some sort of skill challenge to see who gets eliminated from the competition.

Asylum Challenge

Ever wanted to live in a crazy madhouse that’s essentially an asylum? Well, now you can in the Sims 4 with this asylum challenge.

The challenge is centered around making eight Sims and then making them all have the madness trait. Nobody is allowed to get a job so they have to use their skills or utilize their assets to make some cash.

Once you decide the goals that your Sim needs to meet, they’ll be allowed to leave the asylum, but it’s all up to you on who stays and who goes.

Black Widow Challenge

The Black Widow challenge is one of the craziest things that you can do in the Sims 4 as the challenge is all about trying to marry male Sims, kill them, and then take all of their money.

Just start with a young adult female sim, find a man to marry, host a get-together and dinner to show him off, find a new love interest and then get caught with the other man. And then just find a way to murder your husband and then do it all over again.

Make sure to keep the headstones safe somewhere!

Crazy Cat Lady

If you prefer cats over dogs in real life, then why not bring your love of felines to the Sims 4? This Crazy Cat lady challenge should do the trick unless you decide to break: here are the rules.

First off, you need to set up the challenge by creating an adult sim with the cat-lover and loner trait, and then create 3 adult cats and all of the cats must have a negative trait.

Now, once you’re all set up, you must know that you’re not allowed to have a job and the only social interaction you can get is from your cats… sorry.

And then, you can add cats to your home but only through these methods: If one of your cats die, if you find a stray cat, or you can breed your own cats to get a kitten. You will only “win” the challenge if you add all of the ghosts of your cats to your family.

Rags to Riches

Whenever you start off with a new character in the Sims 4, the game helps you out by giving you a certain amount of cash that you can use towards a house or whatever else you need to survive.

If you want to try your hand at starting your life without any help at all, then the Rags to Riches challenge is one that you should try out.

First off, you need to place your new Sim in the emptiest part of the map and take away all of their money. Now, you have to make money by exploiting the land around you to get a quick buck.

You can try taking care of the plants in local parks or painting pictures with an easel in public offices. By working your way to the top by completing odd jobs, you will feel much better once you’re successful because you did it all by yourself.

You can even make up your own rules like setting up restrictions for how you can make income or whatnot.

Decades Challenge

The Decades Challenge will throw you back in time to the 1890s. Since you are living in the past, you will have to get rid of a ton of stuff that you might be used to having around in your home.

No electricity, no “woo-hoo” time for the sake of entertainment (only for making babies), no indoor plumbing, no dating outside of your race/gender, and you have to have all wooden furniture in your home.

This Sims 4 challenge will make you feel grateful for all of the things that we have now in the 21st century. You can even slowly go through decade after decade until you get to the present time, allowing your Sims to view life as how it used to be in the old days.

There will also be no telephones or fancy cars, so good luck with that.

Disney Princess Challenge

One of the most popular challenges in The Sims 4, the Disney Princess Challenge has you creating different Sims based off of princesses like Snow White and Cinderella.

For example, if you would like to start off with Snow White, you must have 7 children who essentially act as the 7 dwarfs from the film. All of the children must have a different negative trait, like gloomy, and must have the same father.

And if you want to live out life like Rapunzel, then you are not to leave your home at all until you find someone to marry. There are lots of options here to play around with, so choose your favorite princess and do everything that they would do.

Apocalypse Challenge

We all love playing games and watching films/television that take place after an apocalyptic event, and now you can live out your own version of the apocalypse in The Sims 4 with this awesome challenge.

First, you need to make a Sim and create a shelter. This shelter will only need to have the bare necessities for living, such as a cheap bed, a bathroom, and some cooking supplies.

The point is to just survive for as long as you can without going outside. You see, there’s probably tons of radiation out there so you can’t even survive one second if you step out of the shelter.

It might get boring being by yourself for so long, but that’s the point of the challenge.

Bachelorette Challenge

Based off of one of the most popular reality television shows of all time, the bachelor (or bachelorette) challenge will have you dating 7 contestants to determine which one you want to keep as your boyfriend or girlfriend.

First, you have to create 7 contestants with diverse traits, personalities, and styles –you could even have a mix of boys and girls, it’s all up to you.

You will begin to go on one-on-one dates with all of them and on every third day, you must kick one of the contestants out of the house until you’re left with one person standing.
