Hardee’s largest franchisee, which happens to be in North Carolina, says a new ad for the chain’s biscuit holes is too racy for its customers.
According to a story in The News & Observer, the franchisee refuses to run the ads which are also drawing criticism from the Parents Television Council, which fights what it calls TV “indecency.”
